Dutch Harbor is a popular and scenic stop with a quiet anchorage. Its proximity to the mouth of the bay makes it a great starting point for many off/near shore adventures. Reserve moorings on Dockwa, anchoring is available, but tends to be in deeper, less protected water. Launch service ends a bit early, so walking to town may not be best for all or plan to arrive early.
